Our Story
Coastline Maids was built from the ground up right here in North Myrtle Beach. More than 12 years ago, Jarrod Redd began by cleaning a handful of condos at a North Myrtle Beach resort. What started as a small operation steadily expanded over the next decade into full-service management of cleaning for the entire resort — leading a team of 15 professionals and overseeing high-volume vacation rental turnovers. In Spring 2023, Jarrod entered a strategic partnership and officially rebranded the company as Coastline Maids, LLC. This expansion allowed the company to extend its professional cleaning services beyond resorts into residential homes, private condos, vacation rentals, and commercial properties throughout Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand.

Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

Hold Harmless
The Client agrees to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coastline Maids, LLC, including its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries of any kind whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury, and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual or entity, or imposed by a court of law or administrative action by any federal, state, or local governmental agency.
This indemnification extends to, but is not limited to, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorney fees, and related costs or expenses. It also includes any reimbursement to Coastline Maids, LLC for legal fees and costs incurred. The contractor shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue for any reason.
Assumption of Risk and Release
I understand and acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in the services provided. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury to myself and, if applicable, to my family members. Furthermore, I release and discharge Coastline Maids, LLC, along with its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and volunteers, from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my or my family's presence at or use of Coastline Maids' services or facilities—regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage is caused by my own actions, those of my family, Coastline Maids, LLC, or third parties.
